Of Mississippi's 82 counties, Pearl River County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. There were 709 acres of sold land in Mississippi recorded in January through the Lands of America sales program. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in DeSoto, Madison, and Monroe County.
