Of Mississippi's 82 counties, Pearl River County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 2,388 acres of sold land in Mississippi recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a rise in sales activity over data from the month before. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in Clay and Panola County.
