Of Mississippi's 82 counties, Pearl River County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 2,388 acres of sold land in Mississippi recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a rise in sales activity over data from the month before. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in Clay and Panola County. Of its total landmass, 46,923 square miles is made up of land, while the remaining 1,509 square miles is made up of water.
