Location: The property is located in northwest Lincoln County adjacent to the Homochitto National Forest. It is situated near Loyd Star and is about 2 miles north of Hwy 503. It is located off Coleman Lea lane. The legal description is the SW1/4 of NW1/4 Section 3, T8N, R5E, Lincoln County.
Access: Access is by USFS road for about 1/8 mile. There is also additional access by a permanent easement across lands owned by Plum Creek Timber Company

Timber: The tract supports a mature stand of mixed pine and hardwood sawtimber as well as eleven acres of 25-year-old pine plantation. No timber cruise is available. |
