This tract is in north east Franklin County north of US Highway 84, the western boundary is Veto Road and majority of the eastern boundary is the Homochitto River. The Homochitto River can be treacherous at times, but is very scenic and offers terrific recreation for ATV's. For the most part the tract is rolling to creek and river bottomland with various age groups of planted pine and hardwoods in the SMZ. Leo Creek runs through the tract in the northern part and Coleman Branch is the southern boundary. Utilities are not available.
